Downloads the zip file on your smartphone (remember the location),
Use your folder browser to found the zip file on your smartphone
Extract it with your favorite tool (AndroZip or any other)
Go back to the Home screen
Create or change a shortcut in the dock bar
Choose 'Personnal icon', use the Gallery to find your new icon folder and choose the icon you want
